I deliver to (Zone 1) stated is for England and Wales, but message me and I can quote for Zone (2) and (3).

Fees on large items
Some of our larger items carry an additional shipping charge.
These charges are noted in the product descriptions, and will display in the Shopping Basket as "Additional Shipping.

Yes, as long as your order has shipped via a trackable method.

Damaged Goods or Unwanted
If your goods arrive damaged when delivered then we apologise and will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
IMPORTANT: When signing for the delivery, if there is any damage to the box at all please sign for as "damaged" or do not accept the delivery.
All items damaged in transit must be notified to us within 48 hours using our customer contact form.
Failure to do this may result in the item not being replaced.
All items ordered in haste, no longer wanted or undamaged can be returned within 14 days at the purchasers cost.

All items will be refunded within 5 days of being recieved.

Composts are sent every monday 3pm
Most standard deliveries are made within 5 to 10 working days of ordering, however, in some circumstances it may take up to 30 days for larger items,as these are made to order.
